Return Policy

If you change your mind about your order once the books have arrived, then we will happily exchange them / refund you once the 'unused' / 'unmarked' and in their original packaging books have arrived back at the agreed return destination, however the customer is liable for all shipping costs and Returns cost. Returns are accepted for any reason within the 30-day period (beginning on the date on the dispatch form) or within 9 working days of receiving goods. Please Note to mention your order number and item number in email. We will advise you, where to return your item. If possible, return the item(s) with the original dispatch note and in the original packaging.

Refund Policy

Please note that FineReprints.com will not refund return postage and packing charges except in the demonstrable event that the customer has received an unordered item, an item damaged in transit, or a faulty item. The Customer Services Manager will search the customer's order record to prevent instances of fraudulent requests. Refunds are normally processed within a week of receipt of the returned item or within 30 days of cancellation. We will do our best to provide replacement copies of undelivered or returned items when requested, but FineReprints's only obligation will be to refund purchase costs.
